The Leo Cussen Institute Online Practical Training Course (Online PTC) was approved by the Council of Legal Education on 31 May 2004. From 2004 Leo Cussen Institute offers an Online PTC in addition to the existing Onsite Practical Training Course (Onsite PTC). The Online PTC and the Onsite PTC offers to law graduates, wishing to be admitted to practise as an Australian Lawyer in Victoria (Australia), an alternative to completing one year of Articles of Clerkship in a law firm.
Both Courses are approved as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Applications for the Online PTC and the Onsite PTC open in October each year.
