The topic of Ethics and Professional Responsibility must be taught and assessed by an Approved PLT provider. The topic of Lawyer’s Skills and the Risk Management element of Work Management and Business Skills must be completed by an Approved PLT provider or an Approved Provider. The National Competency Standards require the trainee to demonstrate competence in each of the following elements of the Mandatory Approved PLT Provider or Approved Provider topics before being eligible for admission to practice.
