You can register for any combination of Topics to suit your needs. All Topics are conducted Workshop style and include materials and assessment.

 

All Registrants will receive a kit of materials to be reviewed in preparation for the Workshop. Certificates of Assessment will be provided on completion of the Workshop. Leo Cussen Institute Traineeships Topics comply with the relevant Competency Standards for Entry Level Lawyers as set out in the Rules.

Limited places available, minimum numbers also apply.

 

Traineeships Terms and Conditions

 

Registrations are transferable to another person. Refunds/transfers between dates may be requested in writing up to 7 days prior to the program, but a fee of $100 per Traineeship workshop will be charged. No refund is available within 7 days of the program. The Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, change speakers and revise program content. 

Civil Litigation

An entry level lawyer should be able to conduct civil litigation in first instance matters in one or more State or Territory courts of general jurisdiction, in both a timely and cost-effective manner.
